PatchMaster Northwest Houston is hiring an experienced drywall finisher to join our growing team.
We specialize in small-to-medium residential and commercial drywall repair, finishing, texture matching, and interior painting across Northwest Houston, Katy, Cypress, and Bridgeland.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Perform drywall repair, hanging, finishing, and texture matching
- Complete interior painting, including touch-ups and full wall repaints
- Handle small trim and light carpentry work as needed
- Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and customers
- Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining PatchMaster quality standards
PAY AND BENEFITS:
- Salary based on experience and qualifications

REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 2+ years of drywall repair, finishing, and installation experience
- Painting experience (repairs and full wall repaints)
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Experience in carpentry, construction, or general home repair
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Comfortable using job apps or technology for scheduling and communication (e.g., Jobber)
