Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive dental hygiene services including scaling, polishing, fluoride treatments, and periodontal assessments.
  • Educate patients on proper oral health and hygiene practices.
  • Take and review X-rays and maintain accurate patient records.
  • Collaborate with dentists and support staff to plan and execute patient care.
  • Uphold sterilization and safety protocols according to state law and ADA standards.


Qualifications:

  • Valid Washington State RDH license.
  • Prefer 2 years experience, but motivated new graduates with strong fundamentals are welcome.
  • Strong communication skills and patient-centered professionalism.
  • Familiarity with dental software (We use Patterson Imaging and Softdent, but can train).
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to excellence in patient care.
