Deliver expert nursing care in a fast-paced emergency department setting, providing critical assessment and interventions tailored to patient needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial patient assessments upon admission and develop individualized plans of care aligned with unit standards.
- Implement nursing interventions and adjust care plans through continuous patient evaluation.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of nursing care to support effective communication among healthcare team members.
- Promote patient and staff safety by identifying and addressing hazards and incidents promptly.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, patients, and families to ensure comprehensive care.
- Provide constructive feedback to peers and engage in activities for ongoing professional development.
- Fulfill all departmental competency requirements related to emergency nursing practices.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current and valid RN license with Emergency Room nursing experience.
- Proficiency in conducting patient assessments and developing care plans in an ER setting.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and patients.
