A dedicated paraprofessional position is available in an elementary school setting in West Valley City, UT. This contract role is designed for individuals who are passionate about supporting young learners and collaborating closely with educators to foster a positive and productive classroom environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in delivering instruction and supporting classroom activities for elementary-aged students
- Provide individualized attention and support to students to enhance their learning and social development
- Help prepare educational materials and manage classroom resources
- Monitor and support student behavior in line with school policies
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to create a safe and inclusive learning environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a paraprofessional preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with young children and school staff
- Commitment to supporting the educational growth and well-being of students
