Job Title: Machine Technician
Job Description
As a Machine Technician, you will be responsible for operating our high-speed automated packaging line and will have the opportunity to grow from a Machine Technician into a Maintenance Engineer/Lead Maintenance role at our new facility. You will work closely with our leaders to refine processes, learn the fundamentals, build a healthy team culture, and make improvements with the team. This role involves performing routine and preventative maintenance on automated packaging lines and facility systems, troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and operational issues, fabricating and welding parts as needed, and collaborating with the production team to enhance efficiency and minimize downtime.
Responsibilities
- Operate high-speed automated packaging line.
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on automated packaging lines and facility systems.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and operational issues.
- Fabricate and weld parts as needed to maintain or improve equipment.
- Collaborate with the production team to improve efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Track and implement continuous improvement strategies for equipment performance.
- Maintain documentation and records for all maintenance activities.
- Support safety initiatives and regulatory compliance standards.

- Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Welding and fabrication skills strongly preferred.
- Comfortable with basic electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
- PLC and Robotics is a plus.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Erlanger, KY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $33.00/hr.
