Position Highlights:

• Full-scope family medicine – from pediatrics to geriatrics

• Manage chronic conditions, acute care, wellness visits & screenings

• Partner with an experienced APP and RN triage for after-hours calls

• Light call rotation with excellent work-life balance

• Option to teach medical students & NP/PA students

• Hybrid roles and leadership opportunities available

• Hospital-affiliated system with physician-led governance

Compensation & Perks:

• $250K–$260K base salary (DOE)

• $75,000 sign-on bonus – paid in full with first paycheck

• $25,000 retention bonus at start of Year 2

• Productivity incentives available Day 1

Start Date & Schedule:

• Start upon credentialing (rolling basis)

• Full-time, flexible scheduling options available

• Outpatient-focused – no inpatient rounding required

✅ Requirements:

• Board Certified in Family Medicine OR dual BC in Internal Medicine & Pediatrics

• Active NY license (or willing to obtain)

• Minimum 1 year of primary care experience

• Clean malpractice & licensing history (required)

• BLS/ACLS, DEA required
