Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A contract position is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in pediatric and school settings. This role offers the opportunity to support the communication development of children in an educational environment, working directly with students to assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy services.

Key Qualifications:

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Experience or interest in pediatrics
  • Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred
  • Familiarity with school-based speech-language pathology services and regulations

Location:

  • Aurora, Illinois, within a school setting

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language evaluations for students to identify communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and state policies
  • Provide consultative services and facilitate communication strategies within the classroom
