Digital Marketing Specialist
Salt Lake City, UT | Hybrid | $70,000 / year + discretionary bonus

We are a fast-growing company looking for a driven, well-rounded, full-time Digital Marketing Specialist to join our expanding team. You will play a central role in shaping and executing our digital marketing strategy across email, SEO, paid media, and content with real impact from day one.
This role begins on-site to ensure a strong ramp and integration with the team, then transitions to a hybrid schedule. If you are motivated by results, love wearing multiple hats, and are eager to grow alongside a company that is scaling quickly, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do

Manage on-page and off-page SEO efforts with the team including keyword research, content optimization, technical audits, and link-building initiatives.
- Collaborate with content and creative teams to produce SEO-driven content that ranks and converts.
- Contribute to landing page optimization, conversion rate analysis, and overall funnel performance.
- Own and execute HubSpot email marketing campaigns end-to-end from strategy and segmentation to copy, design coordination, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
- Develop and refine email campaign strategies to drive engagement, lead nurturing, and pipeline growth.
- Monitor and report on KPIs across all digital channels, using data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Support social media strategy
- Partner cross-functionally with sales and leadership to align marketing efforts with company goals.
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and platform updates, proactively recommend new tactics and tools.
Must-Have Requirements

HubSpot proficiency — you have hands-on experience building, managing, and optimizing email campaigns and workflows in HubSpot.
- Email marketing strategy expertise — you understand segmentation, personalization, deliverability, and lifecycle campaigns.
- Solid SEO knowledge — on-page, off-page, and technical SEO; you can conduct audits and translate findings into action.
- Self-starter mentality — you identify opportunities, take initiative, and follow through without needing to be managed.
- Adaptability — you are comfortable with ambiguity, evolving priorities, and the pace of a growing company.
- Strong analytical mindset — you use data to make decisions and communicate results clearly to stakeholders.
Additional Qualifications

2–4+ years of experience in a digital marketing role with broad channel exposure.
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and SEO tools such as SEMrush and Ahrefs,
- Familiarity with paid media platforms
- Understanding of CRM best practices and marketing automation workflows.
- Basic proficiency with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, or similar) is a plus.
- Excellent written communication skills with an eye for brand voice and messaging.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
