Job Details
We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our team in Dallas, TX. This role is crucial in driving business growth through strategic partnerships and innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in construction business development, preferably in ground-up multi-family construction, with at least three years of experience. Our company offers a collaborative environment where creativity and initiative are valued, and there is ample opportunity for professional growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business strategies to expand our market presence and increase revenue.
- Foster strong relationships with existing and potential clients to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity.
- Present business proposals and negotiate contracts to secure new projects.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in business development within the construction industry, preferably with a focus on ground-up multi-family construction.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic business plans.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience with CRM software and client management tools.
