We are an established group practice in the West Hills, Ca community looking for someone dynamic to lead our team of Medical Assistants. We have a fast paced family environment that focuses on doing the right thing for the right reasons for our patients!
Summary:Manages the Medical Assistants, as well as the monitoring device clinic. Assisting PCCs and other duties as assigned.
Main Responsibilities
- Assisting on floor in a Medical Assistant capacity, as needed
- Place, track, receive, and report on holters and event monitors
- Obtain ECGs, both while performing MA duties as well as in relation to the Holter and event monitors
- Hook patient up for ECG treadmill for stress testing
- Input patient information into the EHR
- Ordering and tracking inventory for all Medical/Clinic Supplies
- Assist with overseeing and management of MAs
- Training and onboarding new MAs that come into the practice
