📍 Burnsville, MN | 🕒 Mon–Thurs, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM | 💼 Contract‑to‑Hire

Join a team where precision, craftsmanship, and purpose come together. As a Catheter Builder, you’ll work inside an ISO 1000 cleanroom, assembling advanced medical devices under a microscope and partnering with engineering teams to bring life‑saving technology to patients worldwide.

🔧 What You’ll Do
- Perform microscope‑based hand assembly of catheter shafts and micro‑subassemblies
- Solder ultra‑small components (SMD 01005) onto circuits, stents, and catheter systems
- Use tweezers, micro‑tools, and precision instruments for delicate builds
- Assemble and solder micro‑electronics, capacitors, and miniature circuit boards
- Collaborate with engineering and operations to support builds and resolve issues
- Follow strict cleanroom, ESD, and quality protocols to maintain compliance
✔ Required Skills & Experience
- Catheter assembly experience (MUST)
- 1+ year cleanroom experience (preferred)
- 1+ year microscope assembly experience (preferred)
- 1+ year soldering experience
- Ability to read and understand English instructions and documentation

💵 Pay & Benefits
Pay Range: $21.00–$24.00/hr

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.
