Job Description
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Cleaning Operator, you’ll be the critical first step in our high-tech manufacturing process. You’ll handle specialized metal cleaning (aqueous and solvent-based), help ensure parts meet the highest standards, and keep production moving smoothly.
You’ll:
- Work with cutting-edge cleaning equipment (don’t worry—we’ll train you!)
- Read blueprints and instructions to get the job done right
- Load components, choose the right cleaning program, and make it shine
- Hand-clean tricky parts when needed
- Package components and move them to the next team
- Keep everything calibrated, clean, and up to code
- Use tools like SPC charts to keep an eye on quality
- Pitch in to help and train teammates
- Log your work using basic computer functions
Qualifications
What You Bring:
- A High School diploma or GED
- 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Comfort using computers and following written instructions
- A great attitude and the drive to learn and grow!

Hourly Rate Range: $24.00 – $28.00. Final rate will be determined by relevant experience, skills, and qualifications,
