The Opportunity:
As an Rig (ERU) Operator Level 1 at Lifting Solutions, you will play a key role in the safe and efficient operation of ERU equipment during field jobs. You will be responsible for the setup, basic operation, and initial troubleshooting of ERU equipment, ensuring high-quality service delivery to our clients while supporting a strong safety culture.
Responsibilities:
In alignment with the Lifting Solutions culture, mission, vision and values, you will be responsible to:
- Operate ERU equipment under supervision during artificial lift installations and service activities.
- Support equipment mobilization, setup, operation, and tear-down at client sites.
- Perform equipment inspections, routine maintenance, and minor troubleshooting in the field.
- Maintain accurate service records, safety checklists, and field reports.
- Follow all company safety protocols, client site requirements, and operational procedures.
- Communicate effectively with team members and client representatives on-site.
- Participate in ongoing technical training and development to advance to higher operator levels.
Requirements:
Your Qualifications and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary technical training is an asset.
- Minimum 1 year of field or mechanical experience, preferably in oil and gas or artificial lift operations.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to safely operate ERU equipment.
- Proven commitment to safety, quality, and field service excellence.
- Ability to work in physically demanding, outdoor environments and travel regularly to client sites.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid CDL required.
