Location: Burlington NC
Schedule: Part-Time (40+ hours/week)
We’re looking for a dependable, professional, and personable receptionist to support our Dealership operations. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers while helping keep things organized. If you’re detail-oriented, enjoy variety in your day, and like working with people, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
- Greet visitors and provide a professional, welcoming experience
- Answer and route calls using a multi-line phone system; take accurate messages
- Schedule appointments
- Perform general office tasks including filing, scanning, printing, and document preparation
- Prepare and bind materials such as training manuals
- Provide support to multiple departments as needed
Office & Event Support:
- Order and track office supplies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of administrative or office experience
- Experience managing a multi-line phone system
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Reliable, professional, and self-motivated
- High school diploma or GED required
Work Environment & Schedule
- Office-based position
- Part-time, 40+ hours per week
