We seek leaders who create clarity, consistency, and connection, develop teams, strengthen instruction, and ensure daily school experiences open doors to college and a life of choice and impact.The Noble Principal RoleA Noble principal is the instructional and cultural leader of the campus and is responsible for ensuring the campus upholds and advances Noble’s vision, mission, values and commitments. Noble’s 17 principals are a cohesive and impressive community of leaders committed to excellence in leadership and management. They create the conditions and systems that ensure students experience clarity, consistency, and connection every day and graduate prepared to complete college and lead choice-filled lives.Candidates with a strong history and potential of the following competencies will be considered for the roleMission and Vision Aligned

Success in this role means building a community where people feel supported and accountable and ensuring the daily student experience leads to college completion and a life of choice and impact.Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of teaching experience (Grades 6-12 setting preferred)
  • Minimum 2–3 years of school leadership experience (e.g., Assistant Principal, Dean, Instructional Coach, or equivalent)
  • Demonstrated experience improving student academic outcomes and/or school culture
  • Experience supervising and coaching adults
  • Eligibility to work in the United States on a full-time basis is required.

CompensationWe strive to be among the best places to work in education, and our employee benefits are thoughtfully designed to support us in this ambition. Compensation is commensurate with experience for this role with an expected salary for this position starting at $150,000 annually.
