Instructional Coach

Job Description

Dancing Moose Montessori School is seeking a passionate and collaborative Instructional Coach to join our team. This role is focused on serving, supporting, and developing our teachers through coaching, modeling best practices, and strengthening classroom instruction and management.

The Instructional Coach partners closely with school leadership to support student outcomes, teacher growth, and overall program quality across our campuses.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom observations and provide individualized coaching and feedback
• Support teachers with classroom management, instructional strategies, and student engagement
• Model lessons and provide hands-on classroom support
• Lead professional development sessions and teacher trainings
• Collaborate with leadership on coaching plans, behavior support, and curriculum implementation
• Use classroom and student data to guide teacher development and support student success
• Foster positive relationships with staff while promoting a culture of growth and continuous improvement

Minimum Qualifications

• Teaching experience required
• Bachelor’s degree required; teaching license and/or MACTE credential preferred
• Strong communication, leadership, and coaching skills
• Ability to mentor and support educators in a collaborative and encouraging way
• Alignment with our mission, values, and Montessori philosophy
