Overview:
Cross Construction is a design-forward leader in luxury residential construction and custom installations. Were seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our CEO and COO. In this high-trust role, youll manage calendars, streamline communication, track expenses, and help keep priorities alignedso our executive team can stay focused on leading the business.
What Youll Do:
- Manage complex calendars, prioritize scheduling, and anticipate conflicts
- Track executive expenses and submit detailed reports with accuracy and timeliness
- Monitor, organize, and respond to emails and other communications professionally
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure follow-up actions are completed
- Assist with travel planning, logistics, and executive-level project tracking
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all interactions
- Provide light support for team operations and office coordination as needed
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role
- Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Confidence managing shifting priorities, last-minute changes, and sensitive information
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office; experience with expense and project tracking tools a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Calm, professional presence with a solutions-oriented mindset
