POSITION DESCRIPTION
We are currently looking for a data entry specialist to join our Financial Analysis team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is professional, energetic, and looking for a long-term commitment in a Christian environment. This position will work directly with the INJOY Stewardship Solutions team to provide support for the Financial Analysis and Consulting teams. This individual will play a vital role in organizing data, maintaining accurate records, communicating with churches, and completing financial analyses. The ideal candidate is proficient in Microsoft Excel, highly organized, and committed to excellence in service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Input, match, and organize financial data and reports
Generate financial analyses through Excel
Develop and maintain spreadsheets, including formulas, pivot tables, and charts to organize and present data effectively
Collaborate with church administrators to generate accurate giving reports
Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism
QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a faith-based environment.
