Real View INC, (dba ProKitchen Software) an innovative software firm in Grand Rapids, MI has immediate openings for results-driven Inside Sales Representatives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is comfortable using computers and loves making a sale.
The successful candidate will:
- Be comfortable with cold calls as well as warm calls
- Have a consultative approach
- Conduct effective demonstrations of our superior online software
- Control the sale from start to finish while providing a high-quality customer experience
- Possess the ability to close sales over the phone
- 5 years of sales experience in Kitchen and Bath Industry (not required, but helpful)
Includes two weeks of paid software, design, product and customer management training. We offer a base salary range potential of $45,000 - $50,000 plus 15% commission starting with the first sale. Monthly bonuses plus residual commission of 10%. Three weeks of paid vacation, 10 paid holidays and a generous benefits package which includes Priority Health medical, dental, vision and 401k match and company contribution. Our Sales Representatives average $90,000-$100,000 a year. The highest achieving Sales Representatives make over $150,000 per year.
