Job Description

Who We Are

Fulcrum Digital is an agile, next-generation digital acceleration company delivering end-to-end digital transformation and technology services—from ideation through implementation. Our solutions span multiple industries, including banking and financial services, insurance, retail, higher education, food, healthcare, and manufacturing. We partner with global enterprises to drive innovation, efficiency, and measurable business outcomes.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead complex cybersecurity-focused engagements. This role requires a strong, hands-on delivery leader who thrives in autonomous environments, communicates with confidence at all levels of leadership, and consistently drives outcomes without waiting for direction.

As a Project Manager, you will be accountable for planning, execution, delivery, and stakeholder management across cybersecurity initiatives. This is a true PM role—not a subject matter expert position—requiring deep experience managing cyber programs, teams, timelines, risks, and executive communications.

This position is onsite in Miramar, FL, four days per week (Monday–Thursday) and requires close collaboration with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity projects and programs, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives are met
  • Confidently present project status, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership and executive audiences
  • Drive project execution autonomously, proactively identifying issues and implementing solutions without requiring permission or oversight
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, governance structures, and reporting frameworks aligned to cybersecurity initiatives
  • Manage, mentor, and develop project team members, fostering high performance and professional growth
  • Ensure alignment between business objectives, cybersecurity priorities, and delivery outcomes
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, particularly those related to security, compliance, and operational impact
  • Partner effectively with technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders while maintaining ownership of overall delivery

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering cybersecurity or cyber-related engagements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex messaging clearly and concisely
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative in high-accountability environments
  • Prior experience managing and developing project teams
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
