US Regional Marketing ManagerAbout the RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled Regional Marketing Manager for our US Medium Enterprise business to support and drive implementation of our marketing strategy. This is a hands-on, multi-disciplinary and dynamic position, requiring close collaboration with Marketing, Sales and extended teams including Solution Consulting, Revenue Operations, Value Management, Corporate Sales Development, and Partner Alliances.As Regional Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in executing a high-impact marketing strategy that generates demand, expands our community, and positions Workday as a leader in the market.The Regional Marketing Manager will be responsible for supporting pipeline development and acceleration of prospective and existing customer accounts through marketing campaigns and programs – aligning brand, demand and customer advocacy with regional sales prioritiesResponsibilities: In this role, you will:
- Work closely with the Sales Teams, be their first point of contact and align marketing campaigns to business and Sales team priorities
- Clearly communicate the marketing strategy, plans, goals, and outcomes to all collaborators, as well as internal cross-functional teams
- Implement and optimize integrated marketing programs to develop and accelerate pipeline
- Deliver end-to-end program management and tactics from initial planning to follow up, including vendor management, program promotion and sales enablement
- Leverage data and analytics to measure campaign performance, to optimize strategies and report on ROI
- Arrange and execute digital and in-person events to engage with target audiences and promote our thought leadership, products and solutions
- Ensure all marketing campaigns are delivered on time and within budget
- Lead PO process and vendor management
Requirements:Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3+ years of relevant B2B (business-to-business) marketing experience
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns with an emphasis on highly impactful integrated campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and experience in using data to drive decision making
- Proficiency in use of Salesforce, Google Drive, Smartsheets, Zoom and Microsoft Office (experience with tools including Tableau, Workfront, EveryoneSocial, and Miro are preferred)
- Knowledge of best-in-class agencies, vendors and partners to work with on marketing campaigns
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Other qualifications:
- Must be an enthusiastic, well-organized self-starter, able to use initiative and adapt to change
- Track record of managing multiple marketing programs simultaneously
Compensation:
- Up to $51.72/hr. (W2)
