Job DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage the daily accounting operations for our small businesses. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can handle a variety of financial tasks with accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Perform bank account reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial records.
• Manage payroll processing and related tax filings.
• Prepare and complete month-end close procedures to produce financial reports.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping records.
• Utilize QuickBooks Online to manage accounting tasks and generate reports.
• Assist in preparing documentation for audits and compliance purposes.
• Reconcile accounts to resolve discrepancies and ensure financial accuracy.
• Monitor cash flow and prepare financial projections as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to improve accounting processes and efficiency.• Associate degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Experience with bank reconciliations and general account reconciliation.
• Knowledge of payroll processing and related compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with month-end close procedures and financial reporting.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
