 Requirements for Registered Nurse (RN): 
<ul>
<li> Active Registered Nurse (RN) license </li>
<li> Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience </li>
<li> Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language </li>

 Some Responsibilities of RN Supervisor: 
<ul>
<li> Oversees the nursing department in the absence of the DON </li>
<li> Reviews staffing at the change of a shift and assigns and replaces staff to meet resident care needs. </li>
<li> Completes patient care rounds, and coordinates admissions, transfers, and discharges. </li>
