About the Role:
In this role, you'll serve as a key liaison between our clients and internal teams, guiding the resolution process on sensitive account matters. Youll be responsible for thoroughly reviewing client inquiries, identifying potential concerns, and coordinating the right solution pathwaybalancing empathy with strategic thinking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze client-submitted requests and documentation for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with company policy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to assess scenarios and determine next steps.
- Provide thoughtful, transparent communication throughout resolution processes.
- Maintain detailed records to support internal insights and continuous improvement efforts.
- Identify potential risk factors and recommend proactive measures.
