Job DescriptionSouth Valley ENT Practice Administrator Role:
Job Description:South Valley ENT Associates is a multi-location and multi-disciplinary practice that encompasses the full care of ENT in the Salt Lake Valley and beyond. The Practice Administrator role oversees the long-term success of the practice, as well as the inner-core developments each day. The basic responsibilities of the role consist of financial, operational, staff, and risk compliance management and the long-term strategic development of the practice. South Valley ENT is committed to each patient and employee that steps into each location to have the best patient-focused experience.
Requirements:· Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of clinical management experience (required).· 3-5 years’ experience in hospital administration or similar fields (required).· 1-2 years’ experience in private practice setting (preferred).
Compensation:Salary: $100,000-130,000 (salary)· Base pay with potential bonus compensation· Paid holidaysBenefits: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and long-term disability coveragePTO: 15 days, 5 sick days
Key Responsibilities:Financial Management· Oversee financial management of the practice, including all disciplines of the practice (ENT, Audiology, Allergy, and Cosmetics).· Maintain timely reports with accuracy and capable of analyzing reports for practice optimization.· Oversee billing, coding, and revenue cycle operations to optimize reimbursement and reduce denials or delays in payment.Operational Management· Maintain monthly KPI management with staff to ensure practice is optimized.· Propose and develop new strategies for all practice processes to ensure optimization and practice growth.· Coordinate interdepartmental collaboration between clinical, billing, and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient flow.Staff Management· Oversee daily operations of clinical and administrative staff to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality patient care.· Develop and implement staffing plans, schedules, and workload distribution to optimize productivity and resource utilization.· Lead recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, and professional development initiatives for team members.Risk Compliance· Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations (HIPAA, OSHA, CMS, etc.) and organizational policies.· Oversee credentialing, licensure, and certification processes for providers and staff.· Monitor and mitigate operational, clinical, and financial risks through audits, reporting, and corrective action plans.Strategic Leadership· Analyze operational performance metrics (financial, patient access, and satisfaction data) to identify improvement opportunities.· Lead initiatives to enhance patient experience, streamline processes, and implement best practices in care delivery.· Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
