Our Vision
Being the customer service company in the world.
Our Purpose
Creating packaging solutions for life’s essentials.
A Day in the Life
You begin the morning by rallying the E&I team around safety. You set the tone for code compliance, safe work practices, and equipment integrity—then walk the floor to verify standards are being met. A sudden line interruption? You coordinate and direct urgent repairs to bring machinery back online quickly and safely.
Midday, you finalize and lead execution of the electrical maintenance outage plan, confirming the right people, permits, and parts are in place. You align major E&I activities with production schedules, working closely with Operations Managers and Engineering so everyone is moving in the same direction.
In the afternoon, you dive into root cause analysis on a controls issue, documenting findings and preventive actions. You review housekeeping and performance expectations with the team, refine individual training plans, and verify that critical E&I spares are documented and staged on-site. Before you wrap, you communicate the status of all ongoing maintenance tasks, priorities, and next steps. Contractors arrive for a new install—under your supervision they proceed with installation, modifications, preventive, and routine maintenance to spec and schedule.
