Physical Therapist (Full or Part-Time)
Compass Proactive Health – Eugene, OR
Compass Proactive Health is building a truly collaborative, proactive model of care — and we’re looking for a Physical Therapist who wants to practice differently.
We’re a whole-health clinic integrating Physical Therapy, Acupuncture, Massage Therapy, Health Coaching, and expanding into Counseling and Primary Care. Our practitioners share patients, collaborate daily, and think in systems.

You might be our person if you:
• Love one-on-one care and deeper patient education
• Think in terms of mechanics, posture, gait cycles, and nervous system patterns
• Enjoy approaches like FRC, PRI, Anatomy Trains, DNS, or other integrative systems
• Want autonomy in how you treat — without practicing in isolation
• Value long-term outcomes over short-term symptom management
• Are energized by collaborating with other practitioners
We’re especially excited about PTs who see movement as communication and who want to empower patients to understand their bodies.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Providing 1:1, patient-centered care (no tech-dependent treatment model)
• Creating individualized plans that go beyond “band exercises”
• Collaborating across disciplines for shared patients
• Helping shape and evolve an innovative proactive-health model
• Contributing to a positive, team-driven clinic culture
You’ll use Jane EHR and have a dedicated admin/billing team so you can focus on what you do best: patient care.
