Position Overview

• Job Type: 13+ Week Contract (Potential for Extension)

• Location: Duluth, MN area

• Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:30 AM 5:30 PM (No weekends!)

• Setting: Specialty Pharmacy (Retail & Long-Term Care Mix)

• Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring pliance with all regulations.

• Manage and mentor pharmacy staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

• Ensure accurate medication dispensing while maintaining high patient care standards.

• Provide clinical services, including immunizations, medication therapy management (MTM), and patient counseling.

• Develop and implement process improvements to optimize workflow and efficiency.

• Maintain pharmacy records and uphold pliance with state and federal guidelines.

Ideal Candidate

• Minnesota Pharmacist License (Active or in Process)

• Previous experience as a Pharmacy Manager or Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) (Ideal)

• Immunization Certified & CPR Certification (Ideal)

• PharmD or MTM Certification preferred

• Strong leadership, munication, and problem-solving skills
