Field Service Manager (Mechanical)
The Field Service Manager leads domestic and international field service operations, combining hands-on mechanical expertise with team leadership, vendor management, and customer escalation ownership. This role ensures safe, high-quality service delivery for global clients. This position is based in Miramar Florida with domestic and international travel.
What You’ll Do

Lead, coach, and manage field service teams across multiple regions

Oversee daily field operations, scheduling, and escalations

Own SOPs, service quality, safety (EH&S), and performance metrics

Serve as senior point of contact for key clients and service issues

Manage and negotiate with third-party service vendors and contractors

Drive process improvements, documentation, and training

Partner with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Sales

Travel 10–30% (domestic & international)
Requirements:

7–10+ years in field service operations
-
5+ years in a leadership or supervisory role

Strong hands-on mechanical background

Experience managing vendors and service contracts

Proven ability to lead distributed teams

Strong customer-facing and communication skills

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (preferred)

Valid driver’s license and passport
