Job SummaryWe are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Mailroom Clerk to join our dock services team. This position is responsible for supporting mail and package operations across two buildings—including one with two towers—by sorting, delivering, and scanning mail and packages. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and capable of thriving in a physically active environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Sort, open, and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Scan and document package deliveries accurately
- Deliver mail to 16 floors across multiple buildings during scheduled AM and PM mail runs
- Maintain communication with internal customers and provide friendly, professional service during deliveries
- Assist with organizing and maintaining the mailroom and dock area
- Support general mailroom duties and additional tasks as assigned
- Follow safety procedures and workplace guidelines consistently
Required Qualifications
- Reliable transportation to work (driving not required)
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn mailroom processes
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Comfortable with extended periods of walking, standing, and lifting packages up to 50 lbs
- Capable of navigating multi-floor delivery routes efficiently

- Previous mailroom or warehouse experience is a plus
