Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a crew responsible for lawn care, landscaping, irrigation, tree care, gardening, and general maintenance tasks.
• Plan daily work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Oversee landscape construction activities, including planting, mulching, edging, and soil preparation.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed by all team members during operations and equipment use.
• Maintain quality standards by inspecting work sites regularly and providing constructive feedback.
• Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and address any concerns promptly.
• Assist in training crew members on proper techniques for lawn care, horticulture practices, and equipment operation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, or related outdoor services.
• Drivers License
• Supervising experience leading teams in outdoor or construction environments.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, digging, and operating landscaping equipment safely.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Knowledge of safety standards related to outdoor work environments and equipment handling.
