Responsibilities:

• Administer medications, treatments, and wound care under RN supervision.
• Monitor and document patient conditions, vital signs, and progress.
• Assist with care plan implementation and collaborate with RNs, therapists, and
  physicians.
• Educate patients and families on post-treatment care, medications, and recovery
  goals.
• Maintain accurate clinical records, including medication logs and shift reports.
• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety protocols, and facility policies.
• Provide emotional support and advocate for the patient's needs during rehabilitation.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Education: Completion of an accredited LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) program.
• Licensure/Certifications: Active NC license.
• At least one year of relevant field experience is required.
