Here's the 411: We're looking for a proactive Paid Search Strategist to join our team and use their expertise to drive client success. This is an incredible opportunity for someone with the right skill set, personality, and values to make this position their own and help manage the growth of a rapidly developing agency.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Deep understanding of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads platforms, is a must (required 3-5 years)
  • Previous agency experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience running Paid Social campaigns including but not limited to Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads, including a deep understanding of building custom audiences (required 2 years).
  • Possess a working knowledge of advanced bid strategies powered by machine learning in each ad platform.
  • Experience in running Paid Ad campaigns, regularly reviewing and optimizing for campaign performance.
  • Responsible for writing conversion-focused ad copy and adjusting as needed.
  • Experience driving campaign performance, based on client goals by aligning keywords, ad copy and landing page copy in the client target market.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, strategy-driven work environment.
  • An eagerness and ability to learn, and curiosity to dig into data and trends within platforms such as AI, SpyFu, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics etc.
  • Confident and effective communication skills as you will be sharing ideas and results both internally and externally.
  • CRO experience through the validation of landing page A/B and multivariate testing.

What Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Attend internal and external client meetings to better understand the client's business and goals and discuss strategy.
  • Monitor and manage all ad campaigns and adjusting as necessary, including daily monitoring/pacing budgets.
  • Understand and evaluate data and explain results to internal team and client team, tying results to client’s expectations and goals.
  • Use advanced call tracking methods to qualify conversions.
  • Develop PPC strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Create ad copy and testing variations for performance optimization.
  • Set up campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing), and social platforms.
  • Manage Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other PPC platforms.
  • Structure campaigns with appropriate ad groups, match types, and bidding strategies.
  • Set budgets, bids, and targeting options (e.g., location, device, audience).
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like CTR, conversion rate, cost-per-click (CPC), and ROAS.
  • Analyze search query reports to refine keyword targeting.
  • Conduct landing page analysis to improve conversion rates.
  • Create weekly/monthly reports on campaign performance.
  • Use Google Analytics, Google Ads Reports, and third-party tools to analyze user behavior.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and providing data-driven recommendations.
  • Keep up with Google Ads updates, algorithm changes, and industry trends.
  • Test new PPC strategies and automation tools.
  • Explore emerging platforms like TikTok Ads, Amazon PPC, and programmatic advertising.
  • Work with SEO, content, and social media teams for integrated marketing efforts.
  • Communicate with clients or stakeholders about campaign performance and recommendations.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $ 85,000 - $100,000 - per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:30 - 5:00 pm CT hours

Supplemental pay types: Bonus pay

Remote work environment, or office is open for those who want a hybrid work environment.
