Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dependable and skilled Warehouse Reach Truck Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous stand-up reach truck experience and a strong work ethic to support daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and material handling.
Pay Rate: $19.80 per hour
Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Operate stand-up reach trucks and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Receive, stock, and ship used office equipment and materials.
- Unload incoming freight and document all relevant inventory and marketing information.
- Maintain inventory records, update stock levels, and assist with physical inventory counts.
- Pull and prepare sales orders for shipment, including container loading.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse areas.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations (training provided).
- Perform additional warehouse duties such as order picking, labeling, and general material handling.
- Collaborate with team members to meet department productivity and quality standards.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience (2 years preferred).
- Previous experience operating a stand-up reach truck is required — must be clearly listed on the resume.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and move equipment weighing up to 700 lbs using handling aids.
- Must be able to bend, kneel, squat, and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to complete documentation accurately.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- OSHA-approved ASTM standard protective footwear required.
Working Conditions
- Typical warehouse environment with normal temperature, noise, and ventilation levels.
- Exposure to minor cuts, burns, and occasional contact with solvents or cleaners.
- Fast-paced setting requiring attention to detail and time management skills.
