Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates.

Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide expert guidance.

Utilize various recruiting channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.

Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Stay updated on hiring trends and employment laws to enhance recruitment practices.

Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize talent acquisition strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR.
- Strong sourcing skills with experience using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple job openings and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Taleo, Paylocity).
- Understanding of employment laws and hiring best practices.
