Job Description
The Dental Assistant is responsible for providing exceptional patient care through clinical evaluations, procedures, and dental surgery. The ideal candidates will have previous expanded dental assisting and surgical experience. Periodontal experience is a huge plus! 
Responsibilities include: 
<ul>
<li>Perform efficient and accurate procedures to help maintain the doctor's schedule and patient flow </li>
<li>Assist the doctors with all dental procedures </li>
<li>Partner with the team to create an exceptional experience for each patient </li>
<li>Review patient chart prior to doctor arrival and log appropriate patient data during exam and treatment as well as transcribe doctor notes in the patient chart </li>
<li>Verify patient health history and document appropriately in the patient chart </li>
<li>Discussing diagnosed treatment with the patient </li>
<li>Address patient's questions and/or concerns </li>
<li>Coordinating and scheduling diagnosed treatment with a patient</li>
</ul>
 Preferred Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>X-ray certification </li>
<li>Nitrous Oxide certification </li>
<li>Dental assisting experience </li>
</ul>
Schedule: M-Th, 7:45am - 5pm, select Fridays
