Booth Management Consulting LLC (BMC) is a diverse CPA firm that provides accounting, auditing, and management consulting services to public and private clients nationwide. We seek qualified, motivated, and progressive individuals to join our team as a Program Manager I, II, and III levels.
Position Summary
The Program Managers shall provide management and technical support to program personnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Be responsible for all aspects of program performance (i.e., technical, administrative, etc.
- Manage all aspects of program activity.
- Provide technical reports in order to show progress to management and customers.
- Maintain customer contacts to ensure conformity to all contractual obligations.
- Assume the initiative and provide support to management in identifying future requirements.
- Develop, maintain, and implement a Program Management Plan that guides the performance of all functional activities performed on the Program.
Experience & Qualifications
Program Manager I
- Associates degree in related field (or equivalent).
- Approximately 2 years of program management experience, preferably with a government entity.
- Proficient in MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Adobe
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and a high level of analytical skill in solving complex technical, administrative, and managerial problems.
Program Manager II
- BS/BA degree in a related field (or equivalent).
- Approximately 4 years of program management experience, preferably with a government entity.
- Proficient in MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Adobe
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and a high level of analytical skill in solving complex technical, administrative, and managerial problems.
Program Manager III
- BS/BA degree in a related field (or equivalent).
- Approximately 8 years of program management experience, 4 years must be in a supervisory role.
- Proficient in MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Adobe
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and a high level of analytical skill in solving complex technical, administrative, and managerial problems.
