Now Hiring: Medical Device Assembler I | 1st Shift
We're currently looking for a Medical Device Assembler I to join a growing medical device manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with mechanical assembly experience who enjoys working with small components in a quality-focused production environment.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
* Assemble and test electro-mechanical medical devices following detailed work instructions and SOPs
* Build products from individual components through finished goods while ensuring quality standards are met
* Complete required production and quality documentation accurately
* Process transactions within the ERP/MRP system
* Follow all quality, safety, ESD, and OSHA requirements
* Support continuous improvement initiatives related to processes, materials, and documentation
* Assist with additional projects and production tasks as needed
What We're Looking For:
* Experience using hand tools and mechanical assembly equipment
* Strong attention to detail and experience working with small parts
* Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
* High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
* Electro-mechanical assembly experience
* Medical device or other regulated manufacturing experience (GMP environment)
* Experience with inspections, documentation, and quality records
