Trellis Supportive Care is seeking compassionate PRN certified Nursing Assistants I or Nursing Assistants II to provide care to patients with life limiting illness at our inpatient hospice home, the Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home.

Location:
Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home – 101 Hospice Lane, Winston Salem, NC

Schedule:
PRN - As needed on either Days or Nights shifts

***Additional Night & Weekend Shift Differentials, Plus PRN Bonus Incentives***
