We are seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist to join our team and provide exceptional support in a dynamic environment. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Answer the main phone line and support inquiries, directing calls and visitors appropriately.
- Assist in coordinating internal and external events to ensure successful execution.
- Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of facilities, including the kitchen.
- Monitor office supply inventory and notify management when replenishment is necessary.
- Clean and maintain coffee machines to ensure their proper functioning.
- Utilize Excel for basic data entry tasks.
Essential Skills
- At least 1 year of experience in front desk or office management roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in event coordination is a plus.
- Customer service experience, particularly in handling phone calls.
- Ability to multitask and manage various responsibilities effectively.
Work Environment
This role is based at the front desk and requires on-site presence 5 days a week, from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. The position involves daily interactions with team members and requires flexibility to take on different tasks as needed. The work environment is collaborative and dynamic, with a focus on maintaining a clean and organized space.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lynnwood, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
