We’re looking for a reliable, motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate has a passion for food, takes pride in their work, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll play a key role in delivering consistently great dishes while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, teamwork, and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely service
- Assist with prep work, inventory, and closing duties as needed
- Communicate clearly with teammates and leadership during service
Qualifications:
- Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred (but we’re willing to train the right person)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
