Medical Call Center Representative

About the Role
We are seeking a friendly, energetic Call Center Patient Services Representative to join our highvolume patient scheduling team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others over the phone, thrives in a fastpaced environment, and brings a positive, teamoriented attitude to work each day.
Responsibilities
- Answer and manage highvolume inbound calls (approximately 40 calls per day)
- Schedule patient appointments and share general clinic information
- Route calls to the appropriate department (clinical triage, medical assistants, providers, etc.)
- Provide excellent customer service with a calm, professional demeanor
- Collaborate closely with administrative and clinical staff
Qualifications
- Outgoing, upbeat, and patientfocused personality
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Teamoriented, selfmotivated, and able to multitask effectively
- Comfortable working in a fastpaced call center environment
- Ability to handle a high volume of inbound calls (40/day expectation)
- Prior customer service or callcenter experience strongly preferred
- Healthcare, retail, hospitality, and café/restaurant backgrounds are all considered

Compensation: $19.00 per hour
