Comfort Keepers is seeking a highly organized and people-oriented Part-Time Onboarding Coordinator to assist with recruiting, hiring, on-boarding new caregivers and scheduling assistance.. This position is for our New York location but is working at a remote site in Mt. Pleasant SC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruiting and hiring efforts, including posting job openings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
  • Guide new hires through the onboarding process, ensuring all required forms and documentation are submitted to the HR company.
  • Assist with scheduling caregivers and ensuring client needs are met efficiently.
  • Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with hiring and client care procedures.

Preferred But Not Required:

  • Experience in recruiting, human resources, healthcare, or customer service preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software is a plus.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Knowledge of the home care industry is a plus.
  • Reliable transportation required.
