Job Description:
- Review invoices, bills, vouchers, and other documents for correction
- Reconcile and report any discrepancies
- Create and maintain financial reports
- Process payments
- Collections
- Sort and file documents
- Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years of recent experience in general accounting, accounts payable, or accounts receivable
- Prior experience working in a CPA office is a plus
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred
- MUST have recent working experience using QuickBooks
- Knowledge of accounting principles
- Strong attention to detail
Must be able to submit to a background check and a drug screen
