Responsibilities
- Issue insurance documentation and update policies.
- Assist clients with payments
- Assist agents with daily tasks
- Obtain and maintain accurate client records.
- Answer client questions, problem solve, and follow up.
Requirements
- Insurance Property & Casualty customer service experience required. License not required.
- Strong computer and technical skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Agency Management software proficiency.
- A team player who is detail oriented with the ability to multitask and willingness to learn.
- Professional communication skills.
