What Youll Do

As a Registered Nurse with ComForCare, you will support safe, high-quality care in clients homes while serving as a clinical leader for the care team.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting in-home client assessments and reassessments
• Providing clinical oversight of CNAs, GNAs, and HHAs
• Monitoring client status and completing follow-up visits
• Developing and updating individualized care plans
• Communicating with families, caregivers, and healthcare providers
• Supporting infection control and safety best practices
• Maintaining accurate documentation in accordance with regulations
• Participating in caregiver education and support as needed

Qualifications

Were looking for a confident RN who enjoys working independently while staying connected to a supportive team.

Requirements:

• Active Maryland Registered Nurse (RN) license or multi-state licensure
• CPR / First Aid certification
• Reliable transportation for home visits
• Strong assessment and communication skills
• Experience in home care, hospice, or geriatric nursing preferred
