An iconic and refined French bistro in Palm Beach is seeking talented and driven Sous Chefs and Pastry Chefs to join its distinguished culinary team. Position Overview:
Both roles play a key part in maintaining the restaurant’s exceptional standards.
- The Sous Chef will work closely with the Executive Chef, supporting all kitchen operations and ensuring excellence across savory offerings.
- The Pastry Chef will lead the pastry program, executing refined desserts with precision, creativity, and consistency in line with classical French techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
Sous Chef:
- Support the Executive Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations
- Ensure quality, consistency, and presentation across all savory dishes
- Lead, train, and inspire BOH team members
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and discipline
Pastry Chef:
- Execute and maintain high-level pastry and dessert production
- Ensure consistency, creativity, and presentation of all pastry items
- Manage inventory and organization of the pastry section
- Uphold strict standards of hygiene and precision
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar role within fine dining
- Strong foundation in French culinary or pastry techniques
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Leadership mindset with strong attention to detail
