Electrical Assembly Technician| Direct Hire | Woburn, Ma |$20.00-22.00/hr. based on skills/experience | Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
If you’re looking for a permanent Electrical Assembly Technician role, look no further! Kelly, in partnership with a client in the manufacturing industry, is looking for an Electrical Assembly Technician in Woburn, Ma.
This is a direct hire Electrical Assembly Technician position, meaning you will be hired permanently with our client and offered their competitive benefit and vacation package upon hire.

Position Information:
- Interpret and follow assembly instructions to assemble electrical and electro-mechanical components as well as larger assemblies
- Accurately manage and complete all work orders
- Use hand/power tools and precision measuring equipment
- Participate in department meetings to identify, communicate, and document assembly concerns and opportunities for improvement in processes, parts, and design
- Assist in warehousing functions including loading truck, packing, bottling including operation of forklift and pallet jack
- Follow established testing and quality control procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation/area in compliance with safety practices
Required Experience:
- 1+ years of experience in electrical assembly
- High school diploma or GED equivalent, technical training or degree preferred
- Proficiency with using hand tools and precision measuring equipment
- Ability to read blueprints, electrical schematics and mechanical drawings preferred
- Manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and within a small team
- Lifting up to 40 lbs. as needed
