Job Title: Part-Time Administrative Assistant

Location: On-site – Brisbane Office
Reports To: Karen Fuhrey, President

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to provide direct administrative support to President of HUNT Mortgage. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable handling confidential information, and can take initiative to keep things organized and running smoothly. The role requires a consistent on-site presence for hands-on support.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, sort, and prioritize incoming emails, mail, and communications
  • Manage calendars, set appointments, and coordinate internal meetings
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital files
  • Prepare and track documents related to repurchased loans, underwriting pends, and internal operations
  • Handle basic data entry and administrative support tasks
  • Ensure weekly, biweekly, and monthly reports are completed accurately and submitted on time
  • Communicate with internal departments to follow up on action items
  • Assist in reducing email clutter by identifying and separating solicitations from actionable items
  • Provide general office support and occasional errands within the building
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the mortgage, real estate, or financial services industry
  • Familiarity with systems like Encompass, Outlook, or CRM tools (a plus)

Schedule & Hours:

  • Part-Time: 20-25 hours per week (flexible schedule, to be discussed)
  • Opportunity for additional hours as needed during high-volume periods


Requirements:

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of administrative or assistant experience preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize independently
  • Professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information
  • Must be available to work on-site at the Brisbane office
