Job DescriptionWe are currently hiring for Customer Service Representatives to support a busy customer service department that handles over 259,000 customer contacts annually! This department provides customer support for multiple utilities and general inquiry lines, while fostering a warm, welcoming, and team-oriented environment where employees feel valued and appreciated!! This role could lead to a lifelong career in the public sector!

Position Details:
Primarily remote (telecommuting); however, employees are required to report to the office at least two days per month or as requested.

Requirements:
Reliable high-speed internet
Quiet, dedicated workspace free from interruptions during work hours
Adequate dependent care arrangements during work hours
Ability to report to the office within 1 hour if technical issues occur

Training & Development
Initial Training: 6-8 weeks; time off is typically not permitted during this period to ensure training success.
Learning Curve: 6-10 months to become fully independent.
Long-Term Commitment: Due to the significant investment in employee training and development, we are seeking candidates willing to commit to the department for 2-4 years.
Comprehensive training, ongoing support, and the necessary tools will be provided.
